About us
Family and Friend owned. Field proven. Sixteen years and counting.
Fairmont Construction Management was built by people who spent their careers on jobsites — and who still show up to them.
Our story
A contractor built the old-fashioned way.
Fairmont has operated as a family and friend owned commercial general contractor for more than sixteen years. Before that, our principals accumulated decades of hands-on experience across both commercial construction and high-end residential building — the kind of background that teaches you how a project actually comes together, not just how it looks on paper.
That dual perspective shapes how we work. We plan like commercial builders: hard schedules, coordinated trades, documented safety and clean closeout. We finish like residential builders: tight tolerances, honest materials and a walk-through that doesn't leave a list behind.
We stay deliberately mid-sized so a client always has direct access to a principal. When you call Fairmont, you reach someone who can make a decision.
Milestones
How we got here.
Before Fairmont
Decades in the field
Our principals came up through commercial superintendency and New York City building, running everything from restaurants and retail to luxury high-rise apartments in a complex NYC network.
2010-2012
Fairmont opens its doors
The company was founded as a family and friend business with a small office and warehouse in The Bronx, NY to support commercial projects in the Tri-State area.
2012-2016
Growth into Aviation work
Continued building in the NYC market, which led to aviation builds in LaGuardia Airport gate holds, restaurants and retail, then expanded into Newark Liberty Airport and JFK International Airport.
2016 - 2022
A second generation on site
As the next generation joined the company, Fairmont expanded from the Northeast to Houston, completing 20+ projects at IAH.
2022 - TODAY
Expanding into New Territories
As the company continued to grow, we expanded into high-end residential in Southeast Florida and Westchester, NY. Most recently, we opened a new office in Houston, TX to focus on projects in Houston airports and commercial builds.
How we operate
Four commitments we make on every project.

- Say the hard thing early
- If a budget or schedule doesn't work, you hear it in preconstruction — not in a change order six months later.
- The name is on the building
- Family and friend ownership means our reputation is personal. That standard shows up in the punch list.
- Craft carried over
- Residential-grade attention to finish detail applied to commercial schedules and code requirements.
- Long relationships
- Our work is built on enduring partnerships with clients and architects, earned over years of delivering projects to completion with integrity and care.
